- First: cutting back on your meal is the best way to lose weight and get in shape.
But if you try to lose weight just by eating small amounts of food, you will likely gain more weight than before. Desired results always come from changing the types of foods eaten, not just the quantities.
- Second: the secret to losing weight is getting rid of fat.
This approach didn't work for most people in the 1980s. Regardless of whether the meal is fat-free, it is rich in calories, sugar, and hidden carbohydrates. In order to experience effective and successful weight loss, one must pay attention to the total calories, sugars, and fats one eats.
- Third: the solution to excess weight in reducing calories and hunger.
This is not true. The resting metabolic rate can change by about 15% in the body. Reducing excess calories and protein can lead to a loss of muscle mass, along with some negative health side effects.
- Fourth: Slimming pills alone will help you lose weight.
This is definitely wrong, as weight loss drugs usually have negative side effects on the body, and their use is only recommended in certain cases and special conditions on the recommendation of a specialist.
