She thinks about a thousand thoughts every day. You talk to yourself more than anyone else. As for you, you are the most trusted friend in the whole world.


It's impossible to share the many conversations and discussions you have with yourself with anyone else because doing so will reveal your true self, full of doubt, pressure, pity, blame, turmoil, and disappointment.

But really, that's not you at all.

This is what you see is nothing but a fake version of you, born with your negative beliefs and convictions that you have admitted and considered absolute truth.

Beliefs that are nothing but seeds sown by the people around you that are usually in the form of bullying or comments like obesity, ugly, stupidity, and other negative words.

So that you transformed and developed it by you into a reality that controls all the years of your life, in addition to granting others the right to direct your identity and your life, while the only owner you have is you.

When you were born, you entered the world as a beautiful bundle of joy, hope, and limitless potential, away from the current burdens of negative convictions.

In fact, you are and always will be and remain unchanged. All you have to do is change the thing you focus on.

It is very likely that you will tell me that all these hadiths are nothing but written words that cannot be inferred or relied upon.

- Assuming this is correct, is resorting to negative hadiths the right path in your opinion?

- Or surrender and blame others?

- Maybe running away and making excuses is best?

- Would you really feel better if you did?

- Would you really feel happy and confident?

- Really, your soul does not groan and your body does not ache after each session of despair?

- Or do you delude yourself that you are fine like this?

- Have you never considered experiencing change, to see the effect of positivity on your mental and physical health?

- Don't you think this is the right time to start a new phase?

- Why not try and let the results of your experiment rule?

- Wait, before you start creating other excuses, let's first run a simple experiment.

Imagine that your life will change by simply speaking positively about yourself.

Take some time to show yourself what you love. Don't say that uncovering the positive aspects of yourself is difficult, just try asking some questions, for example:

- What defines me?

- Who benefits from my presence in this world?

- Who am I and what can I do?

- What do I like about myself?

- I know my mistakes and accept them and am ready to improve them?

Once you start looking for positive things inside of you, you will be surprised by the emergence of the bundle of hope that you entered the world years ago again.

- So how do you feel right now?

- Are you not feeling satisfied, comfortable, and happy?

I assume you feel inner peace, enthusiasm, and the ability to do whatever you desire.

- Now decide how you want to complete your life?

I conclude that you will always look for stability in you.

Here, we come to the conclusion that the emotional state and way of thinking is a valve that controls your emotional and physical state because only negative conversations can create psychological disorders such as depression, anxiety, and stress, which in turn lead to various physical diseases. Such as heart disease, diabetes, obesity, etc.

Therefore, you must ask yourself above all, whether you want to program your subconscious mind to the wrong negative thinking that brings misery or program it to the convictions of reality, bring peace to your soul and body, and always be an ideal being.
