A healthy community epidemic

 A healthy Community Epidemic

Obesity is related to numerous ongoing illnesses, including coronary illness, diabetes, hypertension, rest apnea, osteoarthritis, sorrow, and surprisingly a few kinds of malignant growth. In fact, it will soon become the leading cause of death, even before smoking cigarettes. This made it take the title health community epidemic. The thing that made much resort primarily to diet and taking nutritional supplements, they are certain that this is the secret of a slim and healthy body. However, losing weight requires great effort to introduce changes in a person's habits and lifestyle. This prompted me to ask whether it is a diet that has the most influence when it comes to losing weight or the effort involved?   Video

There is a large selection of weight loss programs. She often spends a lot of time explaining what to eat, how much to follow, and even at what time. But in fact, the diet does not benefit alone. Initially, it may help with weight loss, but when we finish it you will regain the weight that you lost, and usually, people gain more weight than they lost.

It is also known that diet drinks or prescribed medications may help with weight loss in the short term, but with the potential for harm to the body if too much.

To here we find that any book about diet, trick, drink, or food supplement is nothing but flimsy solutions, on which no dependence lies to reach the desired goal, which is the combination of health and an ideal body.

So your weight loss plan needs should be reasonable and sustainable in the long term. An effective way to maintain the long-term weight loss is to make lifestyle changes. This is done through:

- Seeing a doctor before starting any diet, in addition to doing some necessary tests to make sure that your health is good enough to start a weight loss regimen.

- Determine your excess weight and how much increase you have.

- Determine the excess weight you want to lose, and how much is the ideal weight for you.

- Do not try to lose weight quickly, as you will likely regain it faster.

- Adherence to a varied diet in appropriate quantities. The meal should consist of 1/2 vegetables, 1/4 of protein sources such as chicken without skin, turkey, or fish, and the last 1/4 of it is grains or carbohydrates. In addition to eating slowly, this creates a greater feeling of satiety.

- Eliminate or reduce the intake of foods rich in carbohydrates, the most important of which are carbonated water, juices, and alcohol ... etc. Following a very low-carb diet will help you lose weight.

- Choose healthier sources of fats and proteins. For example peanuts, nuts, seeds, avocados, soy, etc.

- Make sure to get the necessary fiber daily, as it creates a feeling of satiety for a long time.

- Work to increase your level of activity, whether by walking, swimming, jogging, or any other type of activity. It is important to remain motivated and maintain your enjoyment of it.

Finally, allow yourself to have fun every now and then because, after all the effort and dedication to losing weight, you deserve it.
